Happy Friday! As I sit here preparing for a long weekend since I will be traveling, I wanted to share with you these delicious cranberry cashew energy bites!

They look fantastic, but taste even better! What’s better? They do not require any sweeteners except bananas! So they are naturally sweet and so good. I am totally feeling cashew butter now!
The main reason I love something like this though is because whether I am exercising, running around doing errands midday, or traveling with my baby, these are quick easy snacks that are perfect for that extra energy boost that I need.

I know you will love them. The only think I would suggest is if you are gluten intolerant like my family, select gluten free oats.
Bob’s Red Mill didn’t work out too well for my family, but Quaker Oats gluten free works wonderfully!
Oh! And if you are not into bananas for sweetener, use dates and add more cashew butter….
